At your family's pace

Calm, predictable and flexible

Moving can be a big change for anyone, and some families need extra predictability and flexibility. I'll share what to expect at every step, plan showings at quieter times when possible, and send photos and video ahead of time so there are fewer surprises.

Every family's needs are different, and you know yours best. You choose where you want to look; I'll help you evaluate each home for the features that matter to you, like fenced yards, layout and bedroom placement, quiet spaces, and room for therapy or sensory areas.

FAQ

Questions I hear a lot

Can showings of our home be scheduled to minimize disruption?

Yes. When you're selling, we can set showing windows and give advance notice to keep your family's routine as steady as possible.

Can we preview homes before visiting with our children?

Absolutely. I can send video walkthroughs and photos first, so in-person visits are only for homes worth seeing.

What home features should we look for?

It depends on your family. Many families think about fenced yards, layout, bedroom placement, noise and room for therapy or sensory spaces. We'll build a checklist together.

Ready when you are

Let's talk about your next move.
